Oliver and Company

I can't pronounce it either but it's what I've got and I probably deserve it after telling all my friends how the Oliver's escaped cold and flu season this year.  After sending Nick back to work this morning (blessed Microsoft that allows employees to take sick days for spouses and children) I surveyed the damage on the house and I think I may burn it all and start from scratch. At least I know the germs would be gone that way right? I don't even know where to start, or if I even want to. The couch and the soft green blanket are calling me and I don't think I have the energy to say no. I just need a nice long nap and when I wake up I want to be able to breathe, swallow and think clearly- is it too much to ask? And while I'm already complaining, let me just add that Nick had planned a getaway for just the two of us this weekend which we've had to cancel because of the aforementioned state of yuckiness. Boo-hiss I'm off to the couch!
